Policies

Payment Policy:

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Please note that you do not need to be registered with Paypal to make a payment through them. Payments are due at time of purchase. Please add the postage indicated in the item description into the postage field when paying through Paypal.

We also accept money orders and personal checks sent directly to A Purple Palm if you do not wish to pay with Paypal. If your method of payment is a check or money order you must contact A Purple Palm to inform us as to this method of payment. Checks or money orders must be received within 7 days of purchase.

Items will be shipped when personal checks have cleared the bank. Money orders will be processed and shipped immediately. Any unpaid item will be returned to inventory and re-listed for sale.

A Purple Palm respects everyone’s right to privacy and does not sell or share your information with anyone else. Our payment provider is Paypal and all payments are processed through secure servers and your privacy is protected.

Shipping Policy:

We ship through USPS and the most economical method.  We ship items that are in stock within 72 hours. Items that do not have the shipping charge included in the price of the product will have a shipping cost listed separately in the item description. Overly heavy packages and items that require extra large boxes may also require an additional shipping charge; A Purple Palm will contact our customers with the final shipping quote. A Purple Palm will do everything in its control to make your purchase a satisfying one.   A Purple Palm does not believe in over charging for shipping.

Return Policy:

 

Most items that we sell are unique and/or vintage.  Some pieces may have small imperfections which may only enhance the beauty and character and because of this we take extra care to accurately describe our items.  We guarantee that our items are as described but we are only human and mistakes can be made so we have a  100% satisfaction policy.  Simply return an item within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping.
